Registered Charity Number 1146155

The Kemp Town Society (KTS) is a charitable organisation dedicated to conserving the unique Grade I listed Kemp Town Estate on Brighton’s eastern seafront. This website provides a free source of information for residents and the wider community.

Members benefit from personalised support and advice on a range of matters relating to the Estate. If you are making a specific enquiry, please confirm your membership when contacting us.

If you are not yet a member, we warmly invite you to join. The minimum annual donation is £15 per household. By becoming a member, you help strengthen the Society’s voice and support the shared knowledge and expertise within our community.

Please note. The communal gardens at the heart of the Estate are managed separately by Jonathan Rolls Property & Estate Management on behalf of the Kemp Town Enclosures. All enquiries regarding garden access, including replacement keys, should be directed to them.

Why Become a Member

Becoming a member means you stay informed about developments and proposals that may affect the Estate and its surroundings. The Society works closely with the Council, developers and heritage organisations to ensure the collective voice of residents is heard.

Membership starts from just £15 per household per year.
