Members living on the Kemp Town Estate will have received notification of a second public consultation for the Brighton Gasworks site. You are invited to visit www.brightongasworks.co.uk to view the revised proposals and give feedback. St William, the developer, is aiming to submit their planning application in spring 2021.
Kemp Town Society has contributed to a joint open statement regarding the development, which is attached for your information. We will keep members posted and will be submitting our own feedback independently. The developer is making a presentation on Friday 19 February 2021 to the Conservation Advisory Group, which we will be attending.
